Point of sale, stock and AI
SECOND LAP
Tire shops ring up sales, track their stock and see what the other locations are doing, all from the same software. At head office, an assistant answers questions.
The problem
The register took payments and said nothing about the business: not the stock, not the day’s sales. Stock was kept by hand and never up to date; stockouts and shrinkage went unnoticed.
Every evening meant closing out the register and doing the books, and the owner only found out how the day went the next morning.
The difference
- Close out the day from the register: the summary writes itself, and the day’s sales are there that same evening.
- Every sale comes off the exact line in stock, and any size that drops below its threshold gets flagged.
- Drop in a delivery note as a PDF; the software reads it, and stock updates once someone has reviewed it.
- From one station, the owner sees all three shops and the warehouse, asks a question and gets an answer based on the shops’ own numbers.

- An assistant at head office
- What we built
- Each shop’s register · Stock and the central warehouse · The owner’s station, with every location in view · The assistant that answers from head office
- How it works
- A separate setup for each shop, with head office on top · Invoices come out as PDFs from the register · A separate app for deliveries · The assistant reads live stock levels, not a summary
