ALMYS
A telecom engineering firm tracks its jobs, production and billing in a single workspace. A built-in checker reviews construction drawings before they go out.
The problem
Quotes lived in a spreadsheet, tracking in scattered documents. Nowhere could you see, at a glance, where each job stood.
Drawings were checked by eye, job by job, before each one went out. A missed discrepancy got paid for on site, not at the office.
The difference
- Every drawing is reviewed before it goes out: site code, scale, dimensions. Anything that doesn’t match is flagged at the office; the engineer signs off.
- The approved quote becomes the invoice, without a single line retyped.
- Work done but not yet billed shows up on its own, along with the invoices to chase.
- You can see how far along a job is right from the list, without opening it.
